I'm Not Bossy, I'm The Boss!
Ban Bossy is a campaign that reaches out to women to help them not feel inferior in a male dominated world. Public (and powerful!) figures such as Beyonce, Jennifer Garner, Condolezza Rice, and Jane Lynch reassure girls that it's okay to be ambitious, to take leadership and to achieve those goals no matter what people think.
I'm loving the idea behind the campaign but I think it's not the word bossy that should be banned but the word b%t$h. Let's be honest. But this is a great start. Thank you, Lifetime! #BanBossy
